Electrical Apprentice
Our electrical division is currently in need of an Electrical Apprentice. Are you interested in joining the electrical field? If so, you may apply regardless of the experience you have in the industry. The responsibilities of this position include assisting the Journeyman and Master Electricians in the field.
The Electrical Apprentice will help install wiring, conduit, raceways, lighting, solar modules, and more. This job also deals with the procurement of materials and organization in company vehicles, in the shop, and on the ground. This is a good opportunity if you want to gain experience in the field.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good driving record
- Negative pre-employment drug test
- Electrical trade training or schooling not required but preferred
Physical Requirements
- Can work regardless of the weather conditions.
- Can perform work in attics, crawlspaces, fields, basements, and on roofs.
- Can lift heavy items as needed when installing electrical equipment and solar PV systems.
Solar Installer
While it is not necessary to have experience in solar PV installation, candidates for the Solar Installer position must have experience in the construction industry. This role calls for a desire to travel, learn the best practices in the world of solar installation, and maintain a positive and safe working environment. This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday with the weekends off.
Qualifications

- Previous experience with safety and quality control
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literacy

Journeyman Electrician
As long as you have an interest in seriously entering the electrical field, you may apply for this position. Its responsibilities include the installation and repair of electrical fixtures and equipment, troubleshooting electrical systems, performing maintenance on electrical systems and wiring, and adhering to safety and quality codes.
Aside from that, this position will train apprentices, accomplish the necessary paperwork, and perform other tasks as directed by senior members of the team.

- Familiarity with electrical equipment, tools, schematics, manuals, and blueprints

Solar Electrician
It is the job of the Solar Electrician to perform the solar PV system and distribution panel interconnection in both commercial and residential applications. This position will help install PV racking, PV modules, and DC raceways and wiring as well. It requires the supervision and training of PV installers in terms of proper electrical equipment installation.
